We build product and conduct research to reduce inequality.

Currently, we focus on addressing the following problems:

1. Improve privacy of AI tools
2. Improve reliability of AI tools
3. Make legal advice more accessible
4. Make mental healthcare more accessible

We leverage AI's ability to help people search and summarize information; similar to how the internet changed the way we gather information. We also use AI in controlled environments to automate repetitive tasks. As productivity increases and knowledge becomes more accessible, resources will become more abundant, leading to more equality.

In a way, Humane AI is an UI/UX company because we are building interfaces to connect people with AI tools instead of developing new LLM models. The road block that is preventing AI from being adopted is the lack of integration into people's daily tasks, where chat interface isn't enough.
